Beta terms
Terms for the closed, free and provisional Studio Beta.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Sebastian Barez at the address in the legal notice. These terms apply only to the invite-based Roost2D Studio Beta. Release subscriptions and payments are outside the Beta.
2. Participation
You must be at least 18, hold a personal invitation and protect your account. Invitations and accounts are not transferable. The Beta may be limited or ended for security, capacity or development reasons.
3. Studio and AI
You describe changes and an AI system creates candidates. Only candidates passing type checks, tests, build and browser verification are activated. AI output can still be wrong. You must review the game and rights before publication or other use.
4. Your content and rights
You retain rights in your inputs and content and grant only the rights needed to provide, verify, store and secure the service. Submit only material you may lawfully use. Roost2D, template and third-party rights follow their included licences.
5. Prohibited use
No unlawful content, malware, security-boundary bypass, unauthorised access, child sexual exploitation, targeted harassment, fraud, deceptive content, or unlawful gambling or financial products. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
6. Availability, liability and termination
The Beta is free and has no guaranteed availability. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and product liability. Otherwise statutory law applies. You may delete your account at any time; abuse may result in suspension or Beta termination.
7. Law and disputes
German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections at your habitual residence. The provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
